Football for Hope Forum 2009

DADs Rob Broomfield is travelling to Vaal, South Africa for the streetfootballworld organised and FIFA sponsored Football for Hope Forum from the 21st to 27th June, 2009.
The Forum is bringing together experts from all continents to discuss and share experiences in the field of "Development through Football".
DADs has been invited to attend through membership of the streetfootballworld global network, being one of the 32 teams (in partnership with Liverpool NACRO) to attend the Football for Hope Festival, an official FIFA World Cup event in 2010.
The Forum programme covers football issues related to tackling HIV, education, peacebuilding, organisational sustainability, international co-operation, partnerships, M&E and well as a podium discussion. DADs will also be given a brief about the Festival 2010.
Rob will also be attending seperate dinners hosted by the 2010 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee South Africa on the 23rd June and a dinner hosted by Football for Hope on the 24th June. Also delegates will be attending the semi-final of the Confederations Cup at the Ellis Stadium.
